Assurance fee

Hello, im looking for a new component to organise my educations.
I have some extra options like transportation and that is a fix fee.

I want a extra checkbox field what the customers can choose and what would ad a 3% fee above the total sum. It's a assurance fee.

Is this possible with the event component?

Unfortunately, Events Booking extension is not flexible enough to handle this requirement. So please find a different extension
