Showing Cut Off Date

Is it possible to show the 'cut off date' in the invoice ?

No, we don't have support for that tag in the invoice (I am not sure if that tag is useful). If you want to use that tag in the invoice, you can submit a support ticket and we will help modifying code for you

It would be useful if you like to inform the costumer on what date his payment kneed to be paid, or till which date a cancellation is accepted.

I think you mis-understood the purpose of cut off date field. The cut off date field is used to control when users can still register for the event

If you enter cut off date for an event, your users can only register for that event before the cut of date. After the cut off date, the registration for that event will be disabled
