Are Eshop and Events Booking compatible?

Are these two components compatible? I use Events Booking to have clients register for races on my website and have just added the Eshop component. If I enable the cart in Events Booking, will it and can it work together?

Thank you for using our extension. Events Booking has its own shopping cart feature. We don't have any integration feature between Events Booking and EShop. However, both of these our extensions can work together very well on the same site.
