OSP Real Homes Template - pre-sales question

I am interested in buying the OSP Real Homes Template. Will this work on Joomla 3.4.5 (current stable version) - the website says Joomla 3.3, but this is outdated owing to vulnerabilities.

Are there any installation instructions required to get it working on Joomla 3.4.5?

Thank you for interested in OSP Real Homes, regarding to your question. OSP Real Homes is Joomla template, it was designed to work with OS Property. The Quickstart package of OSP Real Homes is the combination of template, OS Property and Joomla 3.4.4.
Once you install the Quickstart package, you can upgrade Joomla to 3.4.5 easily.
