If one buy the Membership Pro module is it necessary to buy also le Paypal Pro plugin for processing payement or is there already a Paypal solution included in the module Membershipo Pro ?

You just have to purchase Membership Pro extension. It has Paypal payment plugin comes with it by default already

Paypal Pro is used for different purpose:

1. It allows customers to enter credit card card information directly on your site for processing payment

2. Paypal charges you monthly fee if you want to use Paypal Pro

3. Paypal Pro is only available in US, UK and Canada. So you can only use Paypal Pro if you are from one of the above three countries

4. Your site needs to have an SSL certificate installed (supports https) if you want to use Paypal Pro

So in this case, I think you should just use Paypal standard (which most other customers use)
