Error after update to 3.4.5 joomla

I have error after I update joomla to 3.4.5
this error
0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (Never) at position 0 (N): The timezone could not be found in the database
before I don't have problem to add new property now I cant and this massage coming so please help
