Hi,
When adding a booking to my cart, when I go to checkout I am told 'your cart is empty'. Please can you advise?

Hi Helen

That's strange. From what I see, for some reasons, session was lost and it causes the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us your site information so that we can check it directly on your site to see what's wrong and get it sorted ?
