Licencing periods

Hi. I have a very simple question about licensing terms. I am not a developer but just doing some costing for my board.

So we need document repo and I think EDoc is a good choice. My question is, how is the licencing setup? Is this a fixed cost purchase or fixed term? Essentially are we paying ~$25 a month, year, or just once?

Once you purchase Edocman extension with cost $ 24.99 USD, you have 1 year free download upgrade versions with free support for one domain.
After one year, if you still want to download newer version, you need to re-purchase extension again.
