Adding Late Fees to invoices

Hi Tuan,

My client wants to use the late fee function and it generally works well. The problem we have is that the late fee is not being incorporated into the invoice. There doesn't seem to be a short code to add to the template and the totals don't include the late fee either.

This is the registration confirmation which shows the late fee (20%):

Here is the invoice. Notice the late fee is not taken into consideration:

Can you please advise if this is a known issue? Will it be fixed in an update?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do that at the moment. At the moment, we don't store late fee (as a separate fee for the registration record), it is only used to calculate total registration fee which users have to pay for the registration, so it is not possible to add that fee as a separate item in the invoice

We might improve it in the future. However, for now, it is not possible

Legally, we need to issue a tax invoice for the full amount charged regardless of what the fees are for. This means that the Late Fee feature is unusable until it's integrated fully. Or, I'll need to advise my client to issue manual invoices.

OK. I will think about it and add support for this feature in the future. Just want to confirm that you are using Payment Form extension, correct ?
