Processing Fee and Tax Question

I have multiple registration for different events on the same website.
1- On certain events I need to charge tax.
2- On others I need to charge Tax and a Processing Fee.
3- On others I need to disable Taxes.

Is this possible to configure Tax and Processing Fee ''per event''?
Is it possible to change the Processing Fee amount per event?

2. However, payment processing fee is configured per payment gateway. It could not be configured per event

If I set the tax to 0% or leave it empty, will the tax box at the end be disabled? It will not appear?
