subscription plans displayed twice

when i publish my subscription plans, they are published twice:
1. as Membership Plans
2. as subscription Plans

how can I only have the second one(subscription Plans) and how can I edit each of them

The reason is because you use both menu item and the module, You can unpublish the membership plans module which you published currently and it will work as expected

If you don't know how to do it, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can do it for you
