Hi,

why only the Superuser can see the tickets and not other user (Administrator for example)?

Hi Pasquale

If you want these users (not super administrator) to see the tickets, please edit the categories, enter username of these users (comma separated) into Managers of these categories

After that, they will become manager of the category and can see the tickets belong to that category
