Considering to purchase Membership Pro

I'm considering to purchase Membership Pro, but I have a few questions:

- Is it possible to add danish VAT to the invoice?
- Is it possible to pay with danish credit cards?
- Is it possible and easy to make template overrides, so I can design the frontend to fit my site and don't have to worry about doing it all every time a new update is installed?
