Hi,
i have some questions about Help Desk Pro to starting:
1. Can i disable default field as category or priority?
2. Can i sort the filed as i will?

Hi
1. The default field (subject, message, category) are required fields. It could not be disabled. The priority field however can be disabled
2. The default fields can be sorted. However, custom fields data could not be sorted yet
