PayPal Gateway Fee

Thank you for your time and consideration.
The JoomDonation "Configuration" page has a place to enter the payment gateway fee percent, however, PayPal normally changes an addition fee of $0.30/transaction. is there anyway to add the additional fee to the percentage amount? Maybe a second box, i.e.
Gateway Payment Fee: [ 2.2 ] %
Plus Additional Fee: [ 0.30 ] $0.30
When the form is transmitted to PayPal it would transmit the total of both boxes as the gateway fee.
