Subscription issue: Joomla group not created

Hi,

I have some issues regarding the paid subscription on my website. I have activated the Joomla user integration to Membership Pro and enabled the following configurations:

- only create user account when membership active/ approved
- auto login
- auto reload user groups
- synchronize data

Once the payment is completed through Paypal, the subscription appears in Membership Pro. However, the account is not activated or created in Joomla. Therefore, the user cannot login and the automatic login option does not function. The user is stuck on the Subscription complete page.

Can you please help me with this issue?

There must be something wrong with your settings. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you
