Dropdown missing from custom field types

1. The custom field you created will be used to display on registration form of the event. It won't be displayed on event detail page

2. To be honest, I still don't really understand what issue you are having. You don't see the custom field on registration form? Please give us more detailed explanation so that we can check and solve the issue

Sorry if I was unclear in my discussion. I want a dropdown option for my custom field (sponsors) but I do not have that option. For the choices in the back end, that option is not showing for me.

I can do a work around for which page it displays.
Basically, I need a few different sponsorship levels as options for a particular event in addition to registration. I was told in the past the only way to do this was to make each sponsorship level an event. Is there an easier way to do this? If possible I would like to display all of the sponsorship levels on the event detail page but if this can't be done, I would like to be able to display all sponsor options on one page.
