I currently use OS booking services in demo, and I love its simplicity and smartly, and I think to buy it, at the same time I am trying to build an online service to perform services at home.
This will be more service-oriented to the customer at home ...
For my needs, the addition of the concept of SECTOR (locality) in back end as a parameter would be ideal because it would allow me according to the customer's locality (ZIPCODE) to submit to the employees and services available.
In BACK END:
EX: I create a SECTOR "DEPT60" (I adds zip codes associated allowed (60000.60001 etc ...).
I create another SECTOR "DEPT45" I adds zip codes associated allowed (45000, 45220)
This notion of SECTOR could be enabled or disabled manually in the preferences of each employee).
eg employee could choose as A to be DEPT45 SECTOR
eg used B could be chosen as SECTOR DEPT60
eg employee could choose C as possible, DEPT60 SECTOR AND DEPT45.
IN FRONT END /
during the booking process, verification of customer ZIPCODE be asked to update, service opportunities, and employees on the requested date.
2 / Also the opportunity that each employee preferences can allow or not allow certain services or category only, will be right.
Do you believe possible that future versions of OS booking can take them into account?
If this is not possible, a custom application development pay for my care would be possible?
