Filter groups in advanced search

Hallo! I find Eshop perfect but I have a question! My client wants a tires eshop and needs to have a search where filters will work in groups ...to be more specific , let's say we have filters like season (winter tires, summer tires), dimentions (10", 12", 15" ...) and width( 15cm, 20cm, 25cm....) and they are related like this: if some one picks winter tires the dimentions that appear are 10", 12",18" , and when he picks the 10" dimention , are appearing two widths 15cm ,20cm ...when he picks summer tires the dimentions appearing are 15",18",20" and when picking the 15" dimention are appearing 3 widths 20cm,25cm,28cm. Is there a way creating such group filters in eshop?
