I wish to sell banner advertising on my website, as can be seen at:

The banner ads will be published or unpublished manually.
It is desirable:
1) To have both quarterly and annual subscriptions.
2) To receive notification via email whenever a user subscribes that includes the user's name, email address, phone number and the particular plan (quarterly listing, quarterly banner, annual listing, annual banner, etc.) along with the fee amount.
2) To have automatic renewal of the subscriptions, with 2 or 3 notices sent via email to the user as the renewal date approaches.
3) An easy means for users (subscribers) to cancel their subscription.
4) Allow users to select either Stripe or PayPal as the payment gateway. I understand that Stripe is an extra cost add-on.
There is no need to have restricted access to content or to use any Access Control List (ACL). There is no physical product so there is no need to have shipping information (name, address, etc.)
It would seem that my needs are modest.
Would Membership Pro provide the desired functionality without complications, workarounds, or modifications?
