Quebec tax rules

Hi ! I live in Canada, province of Quebec. We have two taxes.
The first one is GST : 5% (so far so good)
The second tax is QST : 9.975%
There is no way actually I can enter a value with 3 digits. The system round the value to 9.98 %. Is there a way to add this 3rd digit ?
