MIGS Payment plugin - BUGS

Hi,
A client I am currently dealing with recently purchased the latest version of the MIGS payment plugin for Joomla Donation.
I've ensured that the version they received in the email was the same as the version from direct download on the website.

What we have found is that out of the box the MIGS payment plugin in one of the main functions (the function responsible for sending the requests to the gateway) still uses the Joomla 1.5 framework (which is incompatible with 2.5 and 3). Once we corrected this to use the JFactory framework instead we have found the following issues.
- occasionally successful payments will be kept marked as unpaid in the backend.
- If a first, last, or combination of names is too long (34 characters including the transaction id) then the payment will fail.

I suspect this might be because according to the time stamp on the files the last update to the plugin was on the 11th of September in 2010 at 1.16pm and the last update to the MIGS API was in September of last year, which suggests that the gateway protocol may have changed a bit after the last update to the plugin.

I'm also hoping that Tuan Pham Ngoc will resolve these issues soon, but I would not recommend anyone uses this plugin till there is an update done to rectify these issues.

I am sorry. The payment plugin is outdated. I just updated the payment plugin to server, so please download it from My Downloads section, upgrade it to your site

Then check it again and update me with the result. We will discuss about it further after I hear back from you

Thanks for the quick reply! Glad to know there was an update.
However, I'm not seeing it in my downloads section. I tried re downloading it but it was still the old version.
