I have read through the forum and I did not see this really get touched on. For some reason on my clients site there is it will not let you enter your own amount. Is this something I need to turn on or configure?
That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to donation page so that we can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
