Events Booking - invite group and accept / decline

Hi, I am looking for a events management component that can handle the following:

Create a private event;
Invite registered users of particular groups to attend;
Allow users to Accept the event invitation or Decline;
Display this information.

Can you tell me if Event Booking provides this functionality please?

Unfortunately, Events Booking doesn't support this feature, so please help finding a different extension
