Downloadable products-more info?

Hi Giang, I'm searching for a shopping cart that can help me sell downloads of my music. (Sheet music and. Songbooks as PDF ; recordings as mo3.). Your product info states that downloadable products are supported, but only physical products are on your demo. Can you explain more about how downloads are delivered to customers in Eshop? Also, is MP3 supported? I saw one post on your forum from someone that seemed to struggle with that.

Also ... Is forum q&a the only support available, or are you available after purchase by email, chat, phone, etc?

1. EShop supports you to sell downloadable products (Ebook, PDF files, mp3 files, video files, etc). You can read the documentation for it here: eshopdocs.joomservices.com/catalog/downloads.html

2. After customer placed order and paid for it, then they will be able to download the files from the Download section of EShop from the front-end side.

3. As I said, mp3 file is supported. On the other post on forum, I said that it does not support a mp3 player for preview the file.

4. After you purchase our extension, you will get the support via forum, email, contact form, support ticket system and Skype chat.
