membership forms and cards

Trying to set up an online membership signup for yearly memberships. We have 88 counties in the state, and some counties have different charges. It looks like this could be accomplished in membership pro with a dropdown field. We would like to use our current pdf membership forms and id cards, and have your software fill in the pdf forms from data collected at member signup. We may have to insert the membership number manually because it is in an old database. If we could get the membership names and numbers data into a csv file, could it be imported into your software?
Is this possible to do with your software, and if so, what modules would we need to accomplish this?

From your requirement, I am afraid of Membership Pro could not handle it :

1. It doesn't have a way to fill-in the PDF cards using the member data

2. The Membership ID is generated automatically by membership pro (it is an auto-increment number), so it could not import it manually

In this case, I think you will need to find a different membership extension to use for your project
