I want to know if os realty component is included with osp real home template?

If not is there any discounts to buy osp realty component + osp real homes + osp event management + osp calendar ?

Also do you help in theme customistaion?

OSP Real Homes includes OS Property component in it. So you only need to purchase OSP Real Homes to get both template and OS Property component.
In this case, you only need to purchase OSP Real Homes + OS Calendar and Events Booking. So we don't have any discount. But we can help you to install and configure template into your site if you want. And if your customize request are minor thing, we will help you to implement it.

Thanks, the only customisation i need is adding radius on home page of OSP real homes and width of template as 100% and responsive. is it possible?

Thanks for your quick reply. Here is what I mean to say radius:
when you enter address, city in that text box within map, then there wil be another text box where end user has to enter the distance in miles or kms. so this means this will be distance based searh. people will need to enter address and distance and then search, the results wil be retrieved according to the distance (radius) . is it possible?

Also I need to know if the followings are possible.

I want to have 5 services offered. One is for agents, and others are for landlords, individual buyers, sellers and Tenants. Buyer and Tenants can post their wanted ads for either free or for a premium fee. companies will have agents and agents can post their ads either free or paid.

2nd question is if it is possible to create custom field and access to it for a premium fee. Example is videos which is accessible to premium customers. 10 images free,more than that you have to buy,like this.

3rd question is on the list page of property can we have a check box for contact means end user can send mail to multiple ads owner or multiple ads agents at the same time

4th is can we have social login integrated where users have to fill up required fields after login.

Can ads owner have options what to show and what not to show. For example to show their phone number or not.

I think the Radius feature that you mention is the Map search layout of OS Property, you can check it from here: osprealhomes.joomservices.com/search-properties/map-search to see if it can satisfy you need.
Regarding to other questions, i would like to answer as below:
1. OS Property only supports Agents and Owners. Agents can be belong to one specific company. Both agents and owner can post stadard properties free and pay for premium upgrade. Company administrator can manage agents of his (her) company - add/edit/remove agents or properties that posted by agents of company too.
2. OS Property has Custom field feature, currently, it can be accessed by 3 different access levels: Public, Registered and Special. But in next OS Property, we will have the improvement to add Joomla access levels into Custom fields and some core fields like Video embed, Documentation ..etc, in that case, you can use any Membership Component to work with OS Property, and assign the access levels to Custom fields or other core fields of properties.
3. Currently, end user can send the Request for more details on Property details page. The Request will be sent to agent/ owner of property and administrator (optional)
4. OS Property doesn't support social login integrated.
5. Currently, OS Property doesn't have option to allow owner to select to show/no their profile fields like phone, email ..etc. There is only configure options at Configuration page of component, and it is for all agents/owners
So with my answers, i think there are some requests are unavailable in OS Property, so please checking the demo carefully before purchasing it.

Yes this is what I need, but I need this on home page , Can you please help me having an extra text for distance on home page for search?. I like your os real home template very much and hence I want to buy it.

-> Nope, we only sell the package OSP Real Homes: Template + OS Property extension. Template will include Quickstart (Joomla + template installed) and Installation versions.
