About OS Property

Hi, i'm new i need that plugin but i need to know before bought...

if possible with osproperty to allow client put on website his house,... and after an administrator need to approved that and after will appear on website?

OS Property allow agents/ owners to post their properties (houses) , and administrator is able to check those properties before approval them.
After approval, properties will be shown at front-end of component.

but i mean if possible to make all client like an agent of his house?

Hi,
OS Property supports 2 user types: Agent and Owner. Agent can belong to specific Real Estate Company while Owner not. So owner can post their houses to OS Property normally.

i dont speak good english but i dont understand you here even if i translate with google translate. i will on joomla admin (like adminstrator) and user or visitor who connect on my website i want they possible to put his house for sale and when user post his house i will check it if its ok i will publish for him.

Yes, of course. The steps are:
1. User register to become Owner
2. Onwer post his house and wait for approval
3. Administrator will approve properties from back-end
4. Properties will be shown at front-end

i mean i need to create agency who user search appartment pay for example 30$ per month to able search house on my website
and for people who have house i want they create account like you tell me as Owner and they pay 50$ per month to put house on my website...

OS Property only supports to show properties on the list. It doesn't have function to allow customer to purchase properties online.
By the way, it also doesn't have feature to charge agency when they want to search properties ..etc like you want.
Currently, OS Property allow agency/ owner to post standard properties in free and pay to upgrade properties to featured.

Other question if i Make that for world but i need configure more option about apartment for each Country if possible to Make différence about country like on united states is important to know if apartment have "gaz to cooking" and un France dont important to know is an example but is possible when user or owner put or see house if They are on Usa or search in Usa They see gaz for cooking and they not see when search in France
