I have used EventsBooking and joomdonation in other sites for many tears now & generally like your components & support, but I have a specific question about OS Property as am about to start a website for a holiday rental company.
I think OS Property is geared more towards Real Estate, but from reading, I can combine OS Calendar to allow a booking systems too.
I tested the OS Calander demo site, for holiday rentals here -

but when you select a start & finish date, nothing seems to happen.
This is what I need/want & want to know if its possible.
I will have 28 properties that need to be shown in 5 categories
3-4 of these need to be displayed as featured properties
I need nice grid responsive layout
Also need list responsive layout
Properties need to have a nice image gallery (responsive)
Need to be able to add description & custom field information
Need availability calendar, showing when already booked, etc
Need to be able to force minimum 7 nights booking
Need nice back end for managing bookings
Need email template system like events booking for asking for deposit and asking for final payment
Support with getting template working good with a yootheme warp 7 (uikit) template - Sorry I don't like T3
I do not need filter search
I do not need Google Map
Is there a backend demo that I can take a look at all this and have a play before committing as I have also been looking at
comdev.eu/joomla-components/jomholiday3-features
which look nice, but is a lot more expensive.
