We have been searching for a long time now for new system for our event- and trainingcompany. Some try-outs with some programs did nog work as practically all programs that we tested now unfortunately all missed some basics things.
Events and training can be booked by individuals and groups (with e requested date) or subscribe for an event with a preplanned date and location.
The most important 5 basic elements that we we need are:
1 A good selection menu (e.d. by location * from - to date * by product group * by theme * by customer kind.
2 A good layout with text, title, picture and/or product banner) and read more (all elements properly organized). With or WITHOUT date and location !!! Especially the pictures are important for your product presentation!!!
3 A good order request module with connection to payment modes and the possibility for an offer or real booking.
4 A flexible easy to handle backend. With the flexibility to move booked customers from one to the other event
5 Reporting export tool to Excel
We have the impression that several of your products contain a combination of some of these 5 points but however not have them all. It is hard to get a proper view if one of your products will be usefull for us to use.
E.G. We are using another program now. Visually it is not nice as we cannot use pictures in the list and we have no proper selection criteria menu. Also the backend is very work intensive.:
