i set multiple attachements to 30. However if i try upload even 5 attachments, only one attachment appears - where do the other 4 go? why do they not appear? i need ALL the attachments submitted in the ticket to ALL appear. Please advise if there is a bug in your product you need to fix or if i can fix it on my side? if so how do i go about it? thank you

Hi Chantal

What's the size of the attachments ? Is it a big file ? If it is big, maybe your server prevent all these files from being uploaded and that's the reason causing the issue

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it
