I've looked through the documentation and the demo and this seems to be the cart we are looking for. I do have (1) quick question, though.
Our cart system is basically a "Quote" system. The quote process is very simple. Here's what I'm looking for:
1) Customer adds items to the cart
2) Customer goes to check out
3) Customer adds email address to the quote and finishes check out
4) System sends a quote confirmation email to Customer, Admin and our Sales Team
A couple of other items:
*There is no Front End registration for anyone on the website. Especially end-users/Customers
*There is no $ transferring hands during the transaction. all financials are handled when the customer comes in to pick up the product.
*There is no shipping involved. No Customer address. No data required from the user except email address.
*If the Category pages do not display as I would like, I would like to be able to build product pages as Joomla! articles and populate them with products with via a system similar to:
{Product ID#1}
{Product ID#2}
{Product ID#3}
{Product ID#4}
If all of these are doable, then I think we have our cart. Could anyone advise me on this?
