Hi there, I'm interested in the OS Services Booking for a Birthday Party business. I think this will work for us - but I wanted to see if you could recommend a configuration.
Technically, I don't need to have employees assigned to each event. I certainly don't need this on the front end. However, we do need to accommodate multiple parties in one time slot. For example, our facility can serve three different party groups at 5 PM on Saturday. This is based on party room - not on employees.
Also, I don't need the entire party paid at time of booking. We only need to accept a $100 deposit. The balance is paid on site after the party.
Do you have any configuration recommendations on this?
