Notifications

Is there a way for the administrator to receive copies of all notifications sent to plan members? Once in a while I have someone expire and say they did not receive a notice. It probably went to spam, but if I received a copy, at least I would know one went out. Sorry, I'm not sure how I jumped to pre-sale questions. I am an existing user. You can move it to the OS Memberships section, if you will.

Go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find the plugin "OS Membership Reminder", click on it to edit

There is a parameter called BCC Email. Just enter the email you want there and when the system send reminder email to subscribers, you will receive a copy of that email
