Where to change text if not in language file ...

Hi, I would like to change the text on the register/payments page.
It current says "Please enter information on the form below to process subscription for [plan name].
It is the subscription form menu item, and I only have one 'subscription plan'. We are calling these courses, not subs.
I'd like to change the text to something like:
"please complete the form below to enroll in the course: [plan name]."

It is in different section. Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, you will see that message (and many others). Then change it to meet your need

Just FYI, for language items, you don't have to change it directly in language file. Just go to Events Booking -> Translation, you can find and change the language items directly from there
