Dear Tuan and team,

I use latest version of Event Booking. We have problems that Event Booking wil send by booking event en send reminder email, the email is empty and send only a few characters for example "oo-16.30 uur". What could be the problem and what's the issue to fix it?

I believe it is something with your settings. Please submit a support ticket:

1. Send me super admin account of your site

2. Let me know which event is having this issue.

I am going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
