customer groups in ESHOP was created by Francesco
Hi. I wish to know how users can pass from a customer group to another. It can happen only manually? Or is there some automatism?
I'd like an integration with Payplans in this sense. I hope u add this.
Best regards

Hi Francesco,
I am sorry but I don't want to integrate our EShop extension with PayPlans. Anyway, thank you for asking.
Sincerely, Giang

Sincerely i don't understand your reply. I know you have your own membership component but I think you cannot refuse other integrations for marketing reason too. In this case You don't want add an integration to one of the most powerful subscription component. It doesn't make any sense for your component too.
Think to many customers that use Eshop but also PP. for example I wish purchase Eshop but I use PP but I need this integration. But I cannot buy your component because you don't want add it and like me can be many users. So I have to search for other shopping cart component.
By the way i only suggest you.
Bye
