Payment Gates and Input Fields

Hi,
I'm thinking about using membership pro on my site. 2 questions:
1. Which payment gates are included in the base version? Your showcase actually names different payment gates than the demo.
2. Are the input fields fully customizable? I need to change a lot (style-wise) to fit the looks of my site. Is the CSS easy accessible?

1. You can see it in the description of the product:

The most popular payment gateways: Paypal, Authoroize.net, Eway, Worldpay and Offline payment plugins come with the extension by default

2. If you are good at css, you won't have to worry about it. We can assist you if it is needed
