Unique-ID per form

How can I integrate Unique-ID per form (Ticket Code) to every form. This is to enable visitors on the website have codes they can refer to each time they make form submission.

Form ID is an auto-increment number. Each form will have it unique ID. The link to each form will have this format:

index.php?option=com_pmform&view=form&form_id=ID_OF_THE_FORM

For example index.php?option=com_pmform&view=form&form_id=1 will display form with ID = 1. Not sure that's what you want
