migrating to your system

i am in need of an immediate change from Joomla Showroom Event Registration Pro to your system. they simply are impossible to work with.

From your documentation it appears i can accomplish all i need and more and you support your product!

My company owns and runs party and charter fishing boats, we are NOT computer programers or software writers.

our needs are simple (at least we thinks so)

-we want to put on a calendar our daily sailing schedule of up to three trips daily

-we want the ability to make these events reoccurring, daily and by specific dates

-we want the consumer to have the ability to select the trip of their choice an register for the trip

-we want the consumer to receive an automatic confirmation of the registration

-we want the consumer to receive an email reminder one day before the trip

-we want the ability to sell multiple types of tickets, ie ADULT, SENIOR, CHILD, GROUP (consumer selecting the number in group)

-we want to the consumer to be able to purchase additional items ie RENTAL EQUIPMENT, ICE, COOLERS, TSHIRTS

-we want the ability to make notification to all registrants in a group format

-please review cockrobinfishing.com/event-calendar to review what we are looking for, while we battle Joomla Showroom until you hopefully save us! the event "RESERVATION SYSTEM IS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE....May 19 " works as we would like. please let us know if your sstem meets/ exceeds this expectation

To be honest, I could not be sure that Events Booking can be used for your requirement as the recurring by specific dates is not supported in the extension.

Also, you will have to setup custom fee fields to have multiple types of tickets and allows registrant to purchase additional items as you described

I could not be sure that the extension meets your need perfectly. So I think you will need to purchase a copy of the extension and try to setup it to see whether it can be used. We will try to support you if you have any questions about it. And in case it could not be used, we will refund the money of your purchase

that is fine, basically doing that now (when it works)

that is fair enough. we operate off a po/ invoice system....please let me know how to make out a check and where to send. i realize this will slow the process, but unfortunately it is how we work

We can only receive payment via Paypal, so you will need to make the purchase and pay for it via Paypal. We don't know how to guide you to make a check .
