before buying your event booking extension I would just want to know that whether a event maker can create his own coupon or not
admin can make it but if some one is not admin then

Hi

Unfortunately, only administrator can create coupons code. Events creators could not create coupons

It is not possible unless you customize the extension to add support for this feature :).
