Translate for countries, states and cities

Hi again, is there a translate for countries, states and cities names? I need to display them in italian language and they are all in english.

Hi Adrian,
OS Property has feature to translate State/ Province and City names through functionalities: Manage States and Manage Cities at Back-end side of component. With Country names, you only can translate it through PHPMyAdmin tool on MySQL Table: #__osrs_countries, column: country_name

Sorry, maybe I missspoke myself. What I need is a translation for all this countries, states and cities in Italian language. I need some file which can be downloaded from os solution and then installed in my backend. Does such file exist? I can't translate every city by myself because they are over 3 thousand.
