OS Calendar minimum stay search

Hi,
have questions related to OS Calendar + its mod_ospropertyavailabilitysearch:

1. how to set the search function in mod_ospropertyavailabilitysearch, to search f.ex. minimum stay of 3 nights
---> i think we need to add some check like +3 in jquery start_time , end_time, and if the user selects dates befor, throw error?

2. Is there any way to use OS Calendar as complete property, and not ROOM? my client rents whole flats,
and the process of reservation is a bit confusing/ complicated.
