PDF Indexer File Permissions Issue

I recently purchased OS PDF Indexer and am integrating it with Docman 2. I have installed the component and the plugin and updated the 2 docman files as per the included instructons. I have published the plugin. I configured and indexed the directory that I chose. The files are indexed however the doc content shows ".../components/com_docindexer/lib/binaries/linux/pdftotext: Permission denied" for the files that I have checked.

I have checked the file permission on the pdftotext file and it is 777.

Any suggestions?

If you changed permission to 777, and still seeing that error, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin and FTP account of your site.

I will try to check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
