regarding website speed.

Hi,

I live in California and very interested in OS property. However i'd like to ask a couple questions.

#1. Will the site slower after added alot of agents, properties?
#2. Once the site setup and running if there are any problems such as it got hacked, or technical problem due to your components do you offer any services like maintenance, troubleshooting, etc (for a fee of course)?
#3. Is the source code modifiable?

Thank you for interested in OS Property, regarding to your questions, i would like to answer as bellow:
#1. Of course, when you site has a lot of data, it will be slower than new fresh Joomla site. Not only with OS Property, but also with any extensions, include Joomla core extensions like Content or User components..etc
#2. When you use our extensions, my team has responsible with any problem comming from our products like technical issues or using questions.
#3. All products of us are PHP open source, so you are able to modify our product if you need, of course you should have knowledge about Joomla + PHP coding. But please remember, we won't be responsible with any errors come from your modification.
