EShop questions re: shipping and text fields

EShop looks like a good solution for my client (we are based in the UK). I just wanted to check a few issues before purchase:
1. Does the cost of the extension include tax? If this is extra is it charged at 20%?
2. Shipping costs - is it possible to set-up different rates for different product categories?
3. In addition to flat rate shipping, can I also set-up alternatives for next day delivery, and signed-for post?
4. With flat-rate shipping can I set-up free delivery for orders over £50.00?
5. Product Options/Text boxes - is there any limit on how many I can have for a given product? I would like to offer 3 separate lines of personalisation.

1. No, the price is not included tax and you don't need to pay for the tax. You just need to pay $34.99 USD to have the extension.

2. Yes, you can use Item Shipping to have different shipping cost for different products.

3. Yes, you can have multiple Flat Shipping plugins for multiple options.

4. You can use Free Shipping to have this.

5. No, there is no limitation of options per products. You can add any amount of options that you want.
