Switch to Membership Pro - import data?

I'm interesting in switching a website over from AEC to Memberships Pro. We use Community Builder currently to store member profile information and AcyMailing for our email list, and I understand that both of these would continue to be integrated. My questions are:
1- Is it possible to import subscription data from AEC? There are several hundred members, including over a thousand expired/cancelled members, and we are interested in retaining that data. We would also like to be able to retain the current subscription expiration and renewal dates without a lot of manual work.

2- Currently, the sign up form starts with AEC where a person picks their membership level, then takes them to the community builder entry form to fill out profile data, then redirects to PayPal if the level selected has an associated cost (we do have a free level). How would this process differ using Membership Pro, or would it be the same?

3- Right now, with AEC we have the ability to send several reminder emails, pre-cancellation date and post-cancellation date, letting the person know they need to renew their membership or that it has expired. Is this feature available in Membership Pro?

Thank you!

Hi

1=> If you can export subscribers data from AEC to a csv file, then you can use CSV import feature in Membership Pro to import these subscribers into Membership Pro. However, I need to say that you should only perform this migration if you don't have recurring subscription plans in AEC. It is not easy (almost impossible to migrate recurring subscriptions from a system to another system)

2=> Membership Pro works on a different way. Users just pick a membership plan in membership pro, sign up in Membership Pro. Then Membership Pro will update this data to user CB profile automatically. All is handled within Membership Pro, no need for register via CB

3=> Membership Pro allows sending two emails before subscription expired. You can choose how many days (X and Y days) before subscription expired and the extension will send renewal emails that days
