How to show additional option in reg table

a 'spit' is a rod upon which savory food was roasted, turned in ancient times by a worker called a 'jack', a middle English word for an ordinary laborer (eg jack of all trades, steeplejack, lumberjack). Today, this job is usually referred to as a 'pitmaster'.
How to show additional option in reg table was created by spitjack
In the attached image, I want to show at least two price options (student discount)....and ideally, add pricing for a groups of two or four (sport tournament)....only on the one category. I followed directions for a custom field, but nothing appeared on this table. Is it possible?
