Where does data from subscription form go?

When a viewer fills out the subscription form, is the information on the form sent to an admin via email? I can't seem to find anywhere in the documentation that says how the admin of the site gets the information from the form. Of course, there is an email that is sent to the admin, and that email is customizable, but I don't see how you can get the info from the subscription form into that email. Where does the form data go?

1=> The form data will be stored in database and can be view from backend of your site. Just go to Membership Pro -> Subscribers and you will see the data

2=> There will be also a customizable email send to admin (and to the subscriber as well) which contains all the information which subscriber entered on the subscription form
