What is included in OS Property

What is actually included in an OS Property Template order.

template + component + add ons? these are listed in separate pages but the page for the Template says the OS Prop Component is included in the download.

Also how can I pay for order and when do I get the download?

Is it possible to add EU Energy Rating into the component ?

- Quickstart version: It's Joomla site with OS Property extension and template installed
- Latest OS Property version
- Template installation
- All nessessary module and plugins
You can select your template and purchase it. After that, you can download it from My downloads menu at the top.

I have been looking at so many demo sites for the past few days I am dreaming real estate components...

So OS Property component comes with OSP Real Estate template.
I don't have to buy these two products separately. Is it correct?

Yes, you're correct. You only need to purchase OSP Real Estate template only. OS Property is included in the template package already.
Specially, in package of OSP Real Estate, we have the Quickstart version. It's complete Joomla site with OS Property extension and OSP Real Estate template installed. Once you install this Quickstart version (like install new Joomla CMS version), you will have new Joomla site like demo.

a) I do not maintain any servers. I use cloudaccess.net services.
Can the OSP Real Estate template be installed in cloudaccess Joomla 3.6 without getting involved in the configuration of the template and component?

b) I already have T3 Framework and blank_bs template installed.on my development Joomla site. Should I get cloudaccess to re-install a new core Joomla CMS ( just to remove T3 Framework )?

If you already has Joomla site with T3 framework installed, you can install OSP Real Estate manually, we have detailed video and pdf instruction to show you how to install and configure template.

Question is ::: Would I be able to upload & install OSP Real Estate quickstart package in the CLOUDACCESS.NET environment without having to fiddle with all those configuration stuff ? I can use Joomla and the extensions, but not highly skilled techco programmer.

As I mentioned earlier, I don't manage my own servers.
Given that your product contains the T3 plugin system ( step 1), I think I will get a fresh Joomla CMS from Coludaccess.net and install your product from scratch if it's possible.
